Pines Chapel Annual Congregational Business Meeting
On February 5, 2017, Pines Chapel Presbyterian Church held its annual Congregational and Business Meeting. The congregation heard reports from each committee on happenings from the 2016 calendar year. Reports also were heard from the Clerk of Session, Jean Harris, on membership and from Treasurer Tommy Roadmap on the finances of the church for 2016 and the proposed budget for 2017.
Also at the meeting an election was held for the Nominating Committee to choose and Elder for the Class of 2020. Those elected were Danny Myrtle, who will head the Committee, Lori Phillips, Butch Rohrbaugh, Sara Baker, and Daniel Lightner.
