On Saturday, October 22nd, 2016  the Pines Chapel Presbyterian Women held their Second Tenderloin Supper and Bazaar! The Bazaar began at noon and  homemade crafts and goodies covered several tables! There was a drawing for prizes at the end of the day for  a Quilt, two “31” Bags , a Ham, a $100.00 Lowe’s Gift Certificate, and a Lisa Geiman Print entitled “Buttons and Bows.”

The Tenderloin Supper began at 4:00pm and went until around 7:00pm! The menu included tenderloin, mashed potatoes, green beans, cole slaw, applesauce, bread, pickles, assorted desserts, tea, coffee, and water.

Sharon Roadcap, Pines Women Moderator, gave a big “Thank You” to all who came to help with cooking, serving, cleaning up, and many other tasks that needed doing. She also announced there were still items for sale in the Fellowship Hall, should anyone be interested!

Juanita Landes, Pines Women Treasurer, gave a report that the bazaar and supper made almost $3,000.00! The Pines Chapel Women will use the money for community projects and other special events they sponsor during the year.
